Shipping policy

Items will be packaged and shipped out the next 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays can delay orders by 2-3 days.

• PROMOTIONS MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS: Please understand, during promotions/giveaways, orders may be delayed being fulfilled and shipped out due to the increase in order volume.

Out of stock/Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks to fill and ship out. This will depend on product availability and our vendor(s). If a merchandise cannot be manufactured, customer will receive a refund for the unavailability of merchandise.

We change between UPS & USPS shipping carriers depending on lower shipping rate(s).
